Where children learn chess in Tbilisi 8

Children are the main pupils of almost every chess school in Tbilisi, and several of them start very young. The Georgian Chess School in Didi Dighomi teaches from pre-school age and holds its own tournaments for the youngest players, and the Karseladze Chess School of the National Palace of Youth on Rustaveli Avenue takes children from five to seventeen into circle groups for a monthly fee, with registration at the start of the school year. Olympic Champion in Gldani teaches children in weekend groups by category.

For a single weekly slot, Projector School on Sairme Street keeps a Wednesday afternoon club with a FIDE Master as coach, and ASB Georgia teaches two Saturday morning groups at a school near Avlabari metro. Lazier's Gambit Chess School and the Chess Queen Academy are seen mainly through tournaments for young players, and the Gagunashvili academy teaches online. Ages and fees, where a page states them, are on each entry.
