Suggest a place or point out an error

Use this form for a chess school, club, weekly class or tournament series in Tbilisi or Rustavi that is missing, or for an entry that is wrong or out of date. Players, parents, coaches and organisers are all welcome to write.

The most useful thing to include is a link: the school's page, a tournament listing, a dated post. Notes are read together at the next revision, compared with that page, and every resulting change is dated in the log of changes.

What is the note about?
For a new place: what chess happens there and when. For a mistake: which line of the entry is wrong.
Link to a web page, a tournament listing or a post where this can be seen.
So the note has a sender; it is never shown on the site.
A phone number or a messenger account, if you prefer not to give an email.

Please leave at least one contact, an email or another. It stays private and is used only if a reply is needed.

How the contents of this form are handled is explained under privacy and personal data.

What happens to a note

  • It waits with the other notes until the next revision of the guide.
  • It is then compared with the school's or organiser's own pages; where they confirm it, the entry changes and the date goes into the log of changes.
  • Where no page supports it, the entry stays as it is, with any unconfirmed mark it already has.
  • A reply goes out only if you ask for one and leave a contact.
